THANK YOU STITCH A LOGO !

Just a few lines to say how "OUTSTANDING" Stitchalogo is. I ordered TWO TOP ROCKERS and TWO BOTTOM ROCKERS. The QUALITY AND ACCURACY far exceeded my expectations. I was willing to wait 6 to 10 weeks for the order, because it was such a small custom order. I was stunned to find the order arrived today in just 14 days. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!! The ROCKERS are PERFECT!!! I had previously ordered the same top and bottom rockers from some DIRTBAG in New York: 1 month later, I had to resort to badgering the hell out of them everyday for a week ; for ONE (1) test set !!! There initial response was : "they are not responsible for the order after it left the factory". Fast forward to the 5th day of complaining, lo and behold, I get an Email the order just left the PLANT !!! WHAT??? Sure enough Saturday it arrives. Opened the envelope, removed the 2 patches, and immediately find they are a half inch short in length, and 2.25 inches short in height. It gets worse, the bottom rocker is: WRONG!!! But that's not the worst part,,,,Wait for it,,,, the cost of this unpleasant fiasco is $117.00 for (1) top and (1) bottom rocker. That's TWICE the cost for half the order, it took 5 WEEKS to get it, and half the order was WRONG...!!! I will absolutely order from Stichalogo again, and will refer EVERYONE needing PATCHES or EMBROIDERY to you. ANY MOTORCYCLE CLUBS looking for HIGH QUALITY ROCKERS and BACK PATCHES reading this, LOOK NO FURTHER. You have found a HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, REPUTABLE company, with SUPERB QUALITY and CRAFTSMANSHIP.  Economical, Reliable, and FAST. We came across Stitch A Logo in Washington state. We placed our order via FAX and Credit Card on Thanksgiving day. The following Friday our order was confirmed as ready to Ship.
The site is good with ample information to assist you in making your selection or custom request. The online order form (which you Phone, FAX or post to them) is adequate, possibly this needs periodic updating (drop down selections) and more room for describing special orders (hint).
Opinion: Fast turn around for a custom designer order (yes it was only text).

Just a few lines to say how "OUTSTANDING" Stitchalogo is. I ordered TWO TOP ROCKERS and TWO BOTTOM ROCKERS. The QUALITY AND ACCURACY far exceeded my expectations. I was willing to wait 6 to 10 weeks for the order, because it was such a small custom order. I was stunned to find the order arrived today in just 14 days. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!! The ROCKERS are PERFECT!!! I had previously ordered the same top and bottom rockers from some DIRTBAG in New York: 1 month later, I had to resort to badgering the hell out of them everyday for a week ; for ONE (1) test set !!! There initial response was : "they are not responsible for the order after it left the factory". Fast forward to the 5th day of complaining, lo and behold, I get an Email the order just left the PLANT !!! WHAT??? Sure enough Saturday it arrives. Opened the envelope, removed the 2 patches, and immediately find they are a half inch short in length, and 2.25 inches short in height. It gets worse, the bottom rocker is: WRONG!!! But that's not the worst part,,,,Wait for it,,,, the cost of this unpleasant fiasco is $117.00 for (1) top and (1) bottom rocker. That's TWICE the cost for half the order, it took 5 WEEKS to get it, and half the order was WRONG...!!! I will absolutely order from Stichalogo again, and will refer EVERYONE needing PATCHES or EMBROIDERY to you. ANY MOTORCYCLE CLUBS looking for HIGH QUALITY ROCKERS and BACK PATCHES reading this, LOOK NO FURTHER. ©YachtsAhoy went searching to place a small order (10 ea) for custom made patches (boats name in this instance) for our boating gear. We just wanted two lines of text in specific colours on specific fabric with heat sealer (option to stitch or iron on).
We came across Stitch A Logo in Washington state. We placed our order via FAX and Credit Card on Thanksgiving day. The following Friday our order was confirmed as ready to Ship.
The site is good with ample information to assist you in making your selection or custom request. The online order form (which you Phone, FAX or post to them) is adequate, possibly this needs periodic updating (drop down selections) and more room for describing special orders (hint).
Opinion: Fast turn around for a custom designer order (yes it was only text).
